Information submitted through the contact form — name, email, organization, and the details of a search — is emailed to Martha and used only to respond to that inquiry and to carry out any engagement that follows. It is not sold or shared for marketing.
Confidential searches
Confidentiality is part of the work. Briefs, candidate names, and compensation details stay with the people who need them to complete the mandate.
Fees
Executive search research is typically a fixed-fee project, billed in thirds: at initiation, on shortlist delivery, and on successful placement. Specific terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
